Information we collect

When you register, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, mobile number, ZIP code and any optional information about your boating interests, purchase timing or trade.

How we use it

RS Motorsports, Inc., the giveaway sponsor and administrator, uses registration information to administer the promotion, prevent duplicate entries, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, send an entry confirmation and maintain the drawing record.

Participating-dealer contact

If you separately select the optional dealer-contact checkbox, your information and boating interests may be shared with the six participating dealers so they may contact you about boats, trades and show offers. This consent is not required to enter or purchase and does not affect your odds of winning.

Website measurement

We also record first-party events to measure page visits, clicks from each dealer’s offer image or inventory button, estimated active viewing time, scroll depth, directions-link clicks, and registration steps such as form views, submission attempts, error categories and successful submissions. These records use a random page-visit identifier, a general device category, the selected dealer and recognized campaign/ad identifiers when available. They do not contain your name, email, phone number, form values, full browsing URLs or raw network address. These records are stored by the event website for private reporting; designated test activity is excluded from visitor totals. Active viewing time is estimated while the page is visible and focused, pauses after 30 seconds without interaction, and is capped at one hour per page load. We store cumulative counts and percentages, not recordings of your screen, keystrokes or individual movements. These engagement measurements are kept in the website’s private report. The existing Meta Pixel measures dealer clicks separately as described below.

This site uses the Meta Pixel to measure visits, completed registrations and clicks from dealer offers to inventory pages, and to evaluate campaign performance. Dealer-click events include the dealer name, featured offer, destination inventory URL and whether the offer image or inventory button was selected. These clicks indicate interest; they do not confirm a purchase or show attendance. Meta may receive the page URL and standard browser or device information associated with these events. Registration form details such as your name, email address and mobile number are not included in the Pixel events sent by this site.

Security and abuse prevention

We use technical safeguards to help prevent automated submissions and excessive registration attempts. These safeguards may temporarily process a one-way identifier derived from a visitor's network address; the raw address is not stored in the registration database by this protection.

Retention and protection

Registration information is retained as reasonably necessary to administer the promotion, document the drawing, respond to questions and meet applicable legal or business requirements. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
